SHAIKH TEC, LDA. is committed to offering the best experience to its Customers. This extends to our support policy, which focuses on satisfying any and all of our Customers needs. When purchasing an item from our Online Store (www.shaikhtec.shop) or in one of our commercial spaces, the Customer is automatically covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee, under which they can exchange an item within the first 14 (fourteen) days, if it does not meet their expectations.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

1.1 Shaikh Tec's warranty

Without prejudice to the rights of return that may be granted to them under the terms set out below, Shaikh Tec guarantees its Customers a period of 14 (fourteen) days to check whether the item purchased meets their expectations. If, within this period, the Customer finds that the item purchased does not meet their expectations, they may request its exchange for another item(s) sold by Shaikh Tec. In order for the item to be exchanged, it must comply with the conditions set out in point 3 (CONDITIONS OF THE ITEM TO BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED) and be in the original condition in which it was sold to you by us. This guarantee and the right to exchange do not apply to any of the items listed in point 4 (ITEMS NOT SUBJECT TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN). 1.2 Starting the exchange process To start the exchange process, simply go to one of the Shaikh Tec stores with the item and your invoice. If this is not possible, you should send us an email or contact us through our online channel, and then send the item by courier to Shaikh Tec's Central Warehouse, with the cost of return shipping being the responsibility of the Customer. Shaikh Tec will analyze the condition of the item and reserves the right to reject the exchange, in which case it will contact the Customer so that they can collect it at their own expense. We may accept, on a case-by-case basis, scheduling the collection and shipping to the address indicated by the Customer, without prejudice to requiring the Customer to pay the costs necessary for such transportation.

1.3 Refund and exchange for new items

If Shaikh Tec determines that the item is suitable for exchange and within the respective period of 14 (fourteen) days, it will issue a credit note in favor of the Customer for the price of the exchanged product (value stated on the respective invoice) or will send other products of equal value at the Customer's choice. This credit note may be partially or fully discounted on new purchases at Shaikh Tec, either in the Online Store (at www.Shaikhtec.shop), or directly in one of our commercial spaces, after having been attributed to the Customer's account. The credit note is valid for 6 months.

1.4 Other rights

The Satisfaction Guarantee is granted under the exact conditions set out above. Any rights of withdrawal and return, in particular those provided for in point 2 (RETURNS OF PURCHASES AT SHAIKHTEC.SHOP), are only applicable to consumers (individuals who make the purchase outside the scope of a commercial, industrial, craft or professional activity or who, in relation to a mixed-use good, are not found to be the predominant commercial purpose in the overall context of the purchase and sale contract). If the Customer does not qualify as a consumer (for example, if the purchase was made by a company), and outside the cases covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee, the assessment of any exchange/return request submitted by the Customer will be subject to Shaikh Tec's case-by-case assessment and may be refused by the latter, at its sole discretion.

2. Returning Purchases on Shaikhtec.shop

2.1 What is the return period?

The consumer can return purchases made on Shaikhtec.shop within 14 days from the date of delivery or collection of the product in the store.

Purchases corresponding to products that have been reserved, including online, but only paid for when the consumer goes to the store to collect them, are not considered eligible for return.

2.2 How is the refund made?

The consumer's refund is always made using the same payment method used for the purchase. In the event of a return, the refund will be made after validation of compliance with the return conditions described below.

2.3 Can any item be returned?

Any item may be returned by a consumer within the above time limits, provided that

(i) Comply with the conditions defined below in Point 3 (CONDITIONS OF THE ITEM TO BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED); and (ii) Not correspond to any of the items defined below in Point 5 (ITEMS NOT SUBJECT TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN).

Shaikh Tec clarifies that, with regard to purchases made at Shaikhtec.shop, the consumer has the right to inspect, with due care, the nature, characteristics and functioning of the good, but that he may be held liable for the depreciation of the good, if the handling carried out to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the good exceeds the handling that is normally permitted in a commercial establishment.

In the event of a breach of any of these points, we reserve the right to refuse the return (and consequent refund) or exchange or to pass on to the consumer the cost of the item's depreciation due to an abusive inspection/handling, in this case deducting from the amount to be refunded or assigning as credit for new exchanges the economic value of the item's depreciation.

2.4 How can I return an item purchased from Shaikhtec.shop?

To return an item purchased from Shaikhtec.shop, the consumer can:

(i) Go to one of the Shaikh Tec stores with the item and your invoice; or (ii) Contact us first and send the item to Shaikh Tecs facilities with the indication "Commercial Return" (Shaikh Tec LDA - Rua Arco Marquês de Alegrete 6 loja G, 1100-034 Martim Moniz, Lisbon).

Shaikh Tec will analyse the condition of the item and reserves the right to reject its return, in which case it will contact the Customer to collect it at its own expense, and may charge the Customer for the costs of collection carried out by Shaikh Tec. We may accept, on a case-by-case basis, scheduling delivery to the address indicated by the Customer, without prejudice to requiring the Customer to pay the costs necessary for such transport.

3. Conditions of the item to be exchanged or returned

Shaikh Tec informs that returned goods will only be accepted if they scrupulously comply with the following conditions:

(i) The returned item must be in the same condition as when it was sold, intact and without any signs of wear or damage;

(ii) The item must be returned together with the packaging, manuals and undamaged accessories;

(iii) The invoice for the item must be included with the returned item.

Please note: in order for the return or exchange to be compensated to the Customer, through a refund or credit note, the product must be in a condition to be resold by Shaikh Tec. When returning a product, please ensure that it is in a condition to be purchased by another Customer. In this exercise, consider your own individual predisposition to purchase the product you are returning, if you were interested in doing so.

4. Items not subject to exchange or return

Unless there is a technical anomaly, there are articles that, due to their nature (for reasons of hygiene, safety, risk of data transmission, manufacturers recommendations, etc.), cannot be accepted for return/exchange. Without prejudice to other rights of the Customer, provided for herein or in the applicable legal regulations, exchanges or returns will not be accepted for:

(i) Towels, consoles, headphones/earphones/earphones, batteries, memory cards, external drives, consumables or software;

(ii) Clothing, epilators, shavers and hair clippers, vacuum cleaners, pre-assembled chairs, kitchen robots, food processors, scooters, bicycles, segways, televisions, laptops, mobile phones, smartphones, smartwatches or tablets that have broken brand packaging seals;

(iii) Any free articles

In case of violation of any of these points, we will not be able to accept the return/exchange (and the consequent refund or issuance of a credit note).

5. Shaikh Tec Advice and Tips

Before making a purchase, the Customer must be as certain as possible that the product they are purchasing truly meets their expectations and that it will be in line with their interests and will be suitable for the use that the Customer intends to make of it. The Internet is a powerful tool for providing information and clarifying doubts.

Therefore, without prejudice to the usefulness of the reflection period for the Customer, before concluding a purchase, Shaikh Tec recommends that its Customers read and, if possible, comply with the following points:

(i) Make sure the product meets your needs.

(ii) Search for the product on search engines, watch videos of the product on YouTube or ask any questions you may have through one of our contacts. Don't forget: the Internet is a powerful tool for information and clarifying doubts.

(iii) Check if you have friends, colleagues or family members who have the product you want to buy and, if so, see if you can get feedback.

(iv) If you are going to buy/collect your equipment in a physical store, ask the seller any questions you consider necessary.

(v) After purchasing the product, always be careful to open the box/packaging and check how the equipment, accessories and manuals are arranged inside the box/packaging.

In the case of a return/exchange, the more you respect the conditions in which you return the product, the easier the task will be for all parties involved.
